The PROCESS

The objective in a Feldenkrais’ Awareness Through Movement® class/lesson is NOT to achieve the action or task right away but to use your ability to sense and discern differences so you clarify how you can move in a sequential, naturally integrated way.

Part of the learning is to pause before you act so you can stop old patterns, fine tune your support and balance, and learn to make the impossible possible, the possible easy and the easy—elegant.

The more you start to ‘listen’ to your actions with a curious nurturing mind, the more you will ask questions and find a light, easy way to take the challenge of any movement sequence, whether it be in a class, a sport, performing art or, a difficult life experience.  It is your choice.

Much appreciation for your interest,  BonnieK
