DESCRIPTION:2018 Feb 9-11 Weekend Seminar\n\nIntroduction to both the Feldenkrais Method® and TOUCH TO INFORM Seminars.\n\n\n\n\n\nOur head follows our eyes. Our shoulder girdle\, rib cage\, pelvis and spine supports our head. Using neurological concepts from The Feldenkrais® Model\, participants will develop skills that indirectly quiet excessive tension in the muscles of the neck and shoulders so the head is freer to move – and the shoulders feel more supple.\n\nThis will be held in chairs with floor work and will involve internal listening to kinesthetic sensations and observing through touch.\n\nFee: $40 minus 10% early registration. 2CEs\n\n\n\n\n\n941.360.2248.  2 CEUs for LMTs\n\nFees:  $40 - 10% less early registration\n\n$340 for full weekend minus 20% early registration
