Lightness of Walking Tuesdays

12 hours of online classes plus one individual session on ZOOM for only $249
Classes are organized: 2 hours once a week for 6 weeks with replays
and the opportunity to continue a second time for reduced fee.
The time is split between sitting in a chair, standing, walking and lying on the floor [the bed is OK].
D.Sc. Feldenkrais’ Awareness Through Movement® lessons are used to give you movement experiences so you become aware of old patterns, have time to quiet them, and TIME to discover new possibilities in ways that are usable!!
