Using Awareness through Movement lessons in a chair or lying down, you can learn to optimally organize your ABC ‘patterns’ for walking and create a light, easy, efficient walk — without WALKING! This 6-week program allows time and opportunity in between to RE-design your NEW WALK — a NEW YOU.
