Ongoing Awareness Through Movement® Classes .
This group class uses movement to help bring body and movement awareness to any given action. Visualizing what you are doing while you are doing it (meta-knowing) challenges you mentally as you search for ways to move comfortably and easily in a way that helps expand the choices you have available - yet not used. The goal is to make the "impossible possible, the possible easy and the easy elegant." Individual Functional Integration® lessons ongoing in Sarasota, once a month in Orlando, on Fridays in St.Petersburg. Individual sessions are personnally designed for you. You can expect to lie down on a table or sit in a chair and explore with the practitioner, how you could expand your abilities and move with more ease, lightness and comfort. The benefits go beyond the physical. Call for an appointment.
